Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of place of domicile of We Love Art which is the United Arab Emirates.

If you believe that your work has been copied or used on the website in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please notify us by following the procedure set forth in the immediately following paragraph. Except in limited instances under authorized agreements, we do not reproduce or manufacture the products offered on our site, but rather we purchase or license products from third party suppliers that represent to us that they have sufficient rights to allow us to display and sell the products on the website. Upon receipt of any bona fide claim of infringement, or upon becoming aware of any actual or alleged infringement by any other means, we will remove such actual or alleged infringing product(s) from the website and/or cease sales of the product(s) pending our investigation.

We Love Art does not sell the works of Artists but rather provides a platform for people to learn and experience art by recreating pieces. The purchaser of a We Love Art product shall not sell their creations as they would be breaching copyright laws.

Section 22: Payment Information

• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED, SAR, USD, EUR & GBP will be accepted for payment
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.weloveart.com policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

We Love Art FZE Terms and Conditions

Acceptance

Having made a booking you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions set out below.

Online Payments and Pricing

Class fees are listed with the course details on our website. Payment of the full class fee via online credit card payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place. All pricing is in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) and includes VAT. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. All Paypal accounts are charged in US Dollars and converted to AED. We Love Art reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any services with or without notice at any time.

Delay and Cancelation of Class

We Love Art reserves the right to amend any class, tutor or schedule. In such circumstances, we will endeavor to provide a substitute of equal standing.

We make every effort to start classes on time; however delays are very rarely, but sometimes inevitable due to events beyond our control which may cause the commencement of a class to be delayed or a class cancelled altogether. If a class is delayed by 30 minutes or is cancelled during its scheduled class time, we will provide you with an alternative class to register for.

In the event that a class is cancelled prior to the class starting, we will notify you as soon as practically possible and provide an alternative class.

Should a course or workshop be canceled or its date amended due to insufficient enrolments, venue cancellation, COVID regulations or incidents beyond the control of We Love Art FZE, any participant enrolled in that class will be contacted. We do not issue refunds and will reschedule your booking for an alternative date that you are available to join us.

Cancelation of Enrolment

We Love Art cannot accept responsibility for changes to participants’ personal circumstances that prevent attendance. Classes missed are the participant’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Participants are not entitled to a discount or ‘make-up’ class if they miss a class in any course they have enrolled in.

Cancellation of enrolment

• For Paint & Grape, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of the commencement of the event.
• For the 8-week course you can cancel your booking up to 7 working days in advance.
• For private parties you can cancel your booking up to 7 Working days in advance.

We Love Art won’t refund the money. However, you can use your credit to make another booking/ transfer your booking. Rebooking requests must be done by emailing: denise@weloveart.com

You can transfer your booking up to two times. In any case you reschedule your class more than two time, a administration fee of 75AED will be charged every time you change your booking.

If you cancel the class later than the mentioned time frame (24 hours; 7 Working days) NO refunds transfers or credits will be given.

• No refunds transfers or credits once the class has commenced.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• There are no transfers, refunds or makeup sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.

Discount on Fees for the 8-week Course

Sign up with a friend: Enroll together with a friend for this full-term course and receive both a 5% discount on the course fee. There are no discounts given for Paint & Grape sessions.

Gift Certificates

‘Purchased’ gift certificates are valid 12 months from the date of purchase. Our Cancellation and Refund policy applies to ‘Purchased’ gift certificates used to pay for classes.

Art Materials

In all of our courses, We Love Art provides the art materials. We expect careful handling of our materials from the participants.

Course Recognition

We Love Art is not a Registered Training Organisation and as such, courses are not accredited. However, we do strive to deliver excellence in our guidance. At the end of the 8-week course participants will receive a We Love Art certificate.

Marketing

From time to time we take photos or videos during class of participants and artworks. These photos are used for We Love Art’s promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for We Love Art. As a Condition of Enrolment, your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, your child or your artwork please notify us in writing. 

Participant Conduct

We Love Art is a shared space and we expect participants to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class. In this instance refund of any course fees will be forfeited.

Privacy

Contact information you supply to We Love Art will not be disclosed without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit card information that you may provide.

Age Restrictions

Participants of Paint & Grape must be 21 years of age or older. Certain classes or events specifically identified as Family Day events may have lower age restrictions as posted on the specific class or event. This policy can be waived for private parties but only with the approval of the party organizer who must notify us that they have given such approval.

Alcohol Policy

During Paint & Grape classes/ private parties participants must consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Late Fees

Private parties are allocated time of 2 hours for a painting. Fees for extra time due to late arrivals or other reasons are 300AED per 30-minute increment. We will advise you of such fees upon late arrival or upon realization that the class will not be completed on time. Other time arrangements for certain events may be agreed-upon but if additional time is necessary, these fees will apply in the same manner.

Copyright

Our demonstration and display paintings are for participants’ use solely on We Love Art premises and must not be reproduced without We Love Art’s prior consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

We hold all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and all content on the website, unless the content is identified as being the property of another party. This includes graphics, logos, images, text and website design.

Changes to this Agreement

We may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, including any rights or obligations you or we may have. We will post the terms to the modified agreement on our website. As permitted by applicable law, any change, addition or deletion will become effective at the time we post the revised agreement to our website. Unless we state otherwise, the change, addition or deletion will apply to your future and existing Transactions. You are deemed to accept the changes, additions or deletions if (1) you do not notify us to the contrary in writing within 20 days of the date of our notice or such other time specified in the notice, or (2) you enter into a Transaction after such notice period. If you do not accept the changes, additions or deletions, your Transaction will be canceled.

Damage

Any damage caused by you or any of your guests, you are financially and or morally responsible for. Any injury incurred due to your own carelessness or neglect, you agree that We Love Art will not be held responsible. Any allergic or medical reaction due to products or paints you agree it is not the responsibility of We Love Art and its associates. If you have known allergies we request that you make us aware so that if any precautions need to be taken, we will inform you. If you do not have this in writing with signed documentation from yourself and a We Love Art representative, we will assume you do not have any allergies and will continue as planned.

Waiver

I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against We Love Art, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By registering for this class I agree to these terms and conditions.
