COURSE OUTLINE

Alla Prima Still Life:

In this one-day class, you’ll learn the bold technique of Alla Prima, painting a still life from start to finish in one sitting. You’ll explore composition, how to use warm and cool colors to create depth, and how to work quickly with loose brushstrokes. By the end of the session, you’ll have a completed still life painting and a deeper understanding of this exciting, expressive approach to oil painting. Duration: 3 hours
