COURSE OUTLINE

Clamshell Perspective:

• Day 1: Intro to oil painting, understanding the course, materials overview, introduction to clamshell perspective and how to create an atmospheric perspective, transparent vs. opaque, understanding cool and warm colors  Duration: 3 hours
• Day 2: Introduction to subtraction, understanding values, and adding the second layer while subtracting. Duration: 3 hours
• Day 3: Introduction to opaque layers, adding opaque layers, and adding details. Duration: 3 hours

Canapés & High tea:

• Tea platter (includes bottomless tea or coffee)
