COURSE OUTLINE

Subtractive Glaze Technique:

• Day 1: Intro to oil painting, understanding the course, materials overview, introduction to subtraction, understanding values, and adding the first layer while subtracting. Duration: 3 hours
• Day 2: Introduction to glazing, transparent vs. opaque, understanding cool and warm colours, glazing techniques, and adding light. Duration: 3 hours
• Day 3: Introduction to opaque layers, adding opaque layers, and adding details. Duration: 3 hours

Canapés & High tea:

• Tea platter (includes bottomless tea or coffee)
