You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Dear art lovers, We are always here to help you. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Notify weloveart.com about the items you want to return. Kindly via the contact page before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns. Please note that:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- All items must be returned in their original condition: unused and including original packaging.
